The undertaken educational path has marked and defined the supported research activities during the-se years.
It was carried out both basic and applied research activity focusing attention on Hematology and General Pathology. Concernig General Pathology it was mainly studied a class of enzymes and their involvement in various pathological processes.
The current research is focused mainly on the study of molecular alterations and mechanisms of resistance induced in hematological malignancies to drug therapy.
