knowledge of the judicial police functions, assigned to the technical personnel of prevention operating in the offices, sections of bodies that provide for the specific figure, with tasks of criminal investigation activities, inspection activities, and territorial control relating to the parts of legislation relevant to the functions.
Course Structure
An entrance test on students' knowledge is scheduled, along with 4 sessions of traditional and interactive teaching, and a final meeting with cases studies.
Required Prerequisites
Knowledge of the criminal procedure module and criminal law (general and labor). Basic knowledge of the functions and bodies that carry out judicial police activities.
Attendance of Lessons
Attendance at meetings is expected to be at least 80%.
