Learning Objectives

• MEDICINA FISICA E RIABILITATIVA

  The teaching aims to illustrate the main congenital and acquired diseases of the central nervous system, with the goal of highlighting the etiopathogenetic, clinical and rehabilitation aspects.

• Psychology

  The module aims to provide students with the theoretical and methodological bases of General Psychology, from the bases of Psychology as a science, to the study and measurement of cognitive processes and human behavior.

Course Structure

• MEDICINA FISICA E RIABILITATIVA

  Lectures with the aid of slides to be conducted in person and/or through the Teams platform

• Psychology

  The course will take place with weekly lectures, at the end of which an assessment test is scheduled for attending students.

  If the teaching is given in a mixed or remote way, the necessary changes with respect to what was previously stated may be introduced, in order to respect the program envisaged and reported in the syllabus.

  Written exam with multiple choice questions. Oral integration possible.
  Verification of learning can also be carried out in web in digital platform, should the conditions require it

Detailed Course Content

• MEDICINA FISICA E RIABILITATIVA

  The course will address major congenital and acquired neurological disorders affecting the central nervous system in order to highlight neuropsychiatric aspects and related rehabilitation treatment. The diseases of major interest are cerebral stroke, Parkinson's disease, demyelinating diseases, multiple sclerosis, head trauma, neuropsychological disorders, and ataxias.
