Skills of course: knowledge and understanding of histological diagnosis, both in inflammatory and neoplastic diseases. Pathological language learning to communicate the histological diagnosis to the patients.

First section: general surgical pathology: examples and practical approach; laboratory visite and macroscopic anatomy
Second section: practical understanding and communication of histological diagnosis.

Flogistic vs neoplastic diseases: diagnostic iter.
Classification of tumours: cellular differentiation and biological markers
Benign and malignant tumours: biological behaviour
Grade and stage; TNM
Predicitive and prognostic factors.
